Steven Horvitz

Following obtaining a BA in Economics from City College of New York, Steven went into the medical device market and then the pharmaceutical market as Vice President of Sales. From this industry experience, he has built a deep appreciation of the issues that constantly face manufacturing firms. From there, he joined The Dunn Group and was Vice President for over 15 years managing business development and multiple complex competitive intelligence projects.

He consults to a wide range of large, mid-sized and small companies. Recent therapeutic categories that he has worked in include biosimilars, rheumatoid arthritis, COPD and diabetes. He focuses on competitive strategy, including sales force tactics, competitor resource allocation, and manufacturing/distribution. Steve brings invaluable knowledge on competitor tactical and regulatory issues, as well as launch strategies in multiple therapeutic markets to EMC Analytics Group.
